Most people skip breakfast. Most have long commutes to work and dont eat. Lunch can be anywhere from 1-3. 12:00 is TOO early for most Colombians. 1:00 is a pretty common time. Dinner is usually late. 7:00 at least. People like to get home, unwind and then eat. |

Much will depend on the the social status of the person. A worker will eat breakfast by 7 a.m., lunch around 1 or 2 p.m. and dinner around 7 p.m. The times will vary depending on many circumstances. |

well im actually from colombia myself. Breakfast is early or depending the time you wake up. LuNCH IS AT 12 OR 12:30PM. Dinner can be 5pm or 7pm. Other meals are snacks

Hey!!!
That depends on what time you go to work, so breakfast can be between 6:00 am and 7:00 am or 8:30 on weekends. Lunch is generally between 12:30 and 1:00 pm due to the fact that most people get back at work at 2:00 pm.
Lunch is generally at 7:00 pm or 8:00 pm.
Snacks are taken at 10:00 am and 4:00 or 5:00 pm.

I can talk you about Ecuador(next to Colombia, to the south).
Here we eat the breakfast between 7 am and 8:30 am, depending on people's schedule.
Lunch is not taken between 12:30 and 2 pm
Some people here don't take dinner but it's taken about 6 pm, this is a little meal.
Here are no other regular meals, we here take snacks at the morning like 11 am and in the afternoon at very different times, but is not a regular meal. Good luck woth your project
