Mexico, Argentina or Ecuador where should I go? |
I want to go somewhere in Central or South America for 2 months next year. My favorite places are Mexico for it's somewhat vibrant culture and history, Ecuador for the amazing scenery and culture and then Argentina for both it's landscape and culture... anyone been to these places? any hints? |

I have been to Argentina and Mexico. I love them both, but I found Mexico to be cheaper than Argentina. I feel that Mexico would be a better option because of this. Also, it is VERY cheap to get around there and you will be able to see soo much! Argentina is beautiful, but I have only been to Buenos Aires, so I can't say much more about the rest of Argentina. I loved Buenos Aires, but again, Mexico is my favourite place in the whole world and if you fly into Mexico city there are so many places, big cities, small towns, pyramids, beaches all close to there. |

i would say leave Ecuador out and pick one of the others...i havent heard much about Ecuador being all that great to visit. |

Ok I tihnk Mexico is the best option (I´m Mexican :D) but what place will you visit?
I recommend you go to Cuernavaca, its near Mexico city and it is a beautyful weather all the year, also its near to Guerrero, where is Acapulco and Taxco.

Ive been to all of them, but if you want to have a great time, go to Mexico especially to mexico city, i happen to live there now and its great, everything you want to do, you can do. museums, pyramids (tehotihuacan), castles (chapultepec), and many more for culture, There is also lots of friendly and versatile people everywhere you go, but especially downtown mexico city, hope you enjoy your stay |

Although Ecuador is awesome!!! I would chose Mexico if you are going for 2 months. Mexico has more to do, but is more dangerous (and I'm pretty sure it's more expensive.) |

mmm, i never went to mexico or to ecuador.. but i'm from argentina and is beautiful i think! there are several places here that are pretty good or have wonderful landscape..Misiones, Bariloche are cute for example.. mar del plata too! has beaches! =) i don't know is your choice... anyway has several more places besides these...

Since you are going to be there two months, I would recommend Argentina, which is a huge and very diverse country.
You would get bored in Ecuador after a few weeks, although there are a few things worth visiting.
Mexico is fantastic, but a bit too dangerous these days. |
