well i think colombia,venzuala brazil peru are somwwhat dangerous depending on how you look at it. colombia still has the cocaine war going between farc and the government,as does venezuala borders with colombia,and peru and brazilian borders with colombia, the transpost lines amazon and the wildlife,but interesting places.
personally i tend to lean towards colombian cities bogota,cartagena baranquilla,thye seem to have brought some control over the situation,then caracus,cities in brazil seem well situated and a little more laid back except the jungle areas.
there is always belize on the yucatan
