My co-worker has a 3 month old child , want to take him to another country, is this too young?

In my opinion, 3-months is rather too young. The immune system of the baby is not fully adept at fighting off diseases and infections that the baby may possibly incur during the travel. The best thing that your co-worker can do is to go to a travel clinic that specializes in international travel. They will be able to help your co-worker learn about what's safe and not safe to do while travelling with a baby, the health hazards that can be found on that specific country or region he/she is travelling to, and the immunizations needed to ensure the best possible protection from undesirable diseases. Even your co-worker may need immunization shots if he/she has not had an updated immunization.

I went through the same thing when I travelled to a different country with my daughter. My daughter at that time was 21 months old, and she had to have immunization shots, and so did I. We also went through some "safety rules" with the travel clinic nurse (i.e. protection against mosquitoes and malaria, water and food safety, etc.) Every country or region is different - it depends on where your co-worker is going, so make sure that he/she checks with a local travel clinic. It's always better to be safe than sorry, especially when there's a little baby involved.

Goodluck!

No many people travel with young children for various reasons.
It does depend on which country and any safety precautions they have to take upon entering that country (immunizations etc)
But in general it is ok.

well i think its a good idea if your co worker wants to......if the baby loves his mommy and daddy lots then best thing is get him away before he starts to understand things but it might become a problem in the other country but i think that its best for the baby to stay with its original mom and dad because you wouldnt want to be turned down by your own parents....

No...unless the baby has health problems..
