Peru is a country in South America, it is bordered by Ecuador, Colombia, Brazil, Bolivia, Chile, and the Pacific Ocean. It has 25 regions, and its population is around 28 million. The language spoken is Spanish, but also minority languages like Quechua, Aymara and other native languages.
Peru has three distinct geographic regions; the coast which is by the Pacific Ocean, the Andes, and the Amazonas.
Peru has a very rich culture and history, the most known is the Inca-imperium. Machu Picchu is one of the most known cities of the Inca-imperium, it is the main attraction for turists in Peru.

Machu Pichu is the highest city in the world.

Lima is a costal city

They have stone walls that are visible from the sky and make huge pictures. The natives did it over 300 years ago with no way to get up into the air to view them. Pretty impressive.
