Need yo find information on the country columbia culture, food etc?
Colombians drive rapidly and by US standards recklessly. Pedestrians DO NOT have the right of way. Beware!
Get a copy of Small Planet Guide to Colombia - it is a Bible to the traveler.
Arroz con pollo is very prevalent. Chicharrones are common. Soups with most meals - cheap cuts of beef - enjoy the food from the stalls if fresh - lots of fresh fruit is available and cheap.
Colombian wine is usually not very good. But, Argentinian and Chilean wines are first class, cheap, and available.
Hope you enjoy your trip.
