If he is an Adult Squirrel he should be a Tico if he is a youngster call him tiquillo and if as he is from C.R. he is to be from Tiquisia
any way you put it he is a cute squirrel and from C.R. we shall be proud to have him/her as a citizen

umm i dont think so dora is puerto rican and the show takes place in puerto rico so my best guess is that Tico is puerto rican too

How CUTE! I haven't noticed him before. But then again, I don't watch Dora that often. Lets just call him Costa Rican
