None of the above...The continent is America and...

within the American continent, Panama is physically located in Central America, however many, many historians in Panama have fought to relocate Panama in South America. Why? Our country has little or less to do historically with the other Central American nations. However. Panama as a former member of the Great Colombia, and other historical events have always been linked to South America.
Panama is the southern most country located in the Northern Hemisphere (not North America, which is formed by Mexico USA, and Canada), however since its close to the Ecuador, the four season as it should be are not present. This is why there are only two seasons marked. A dry season, which starts in January and finishes in March, and a wet season, the rest of the year.

I hope this helps you...

CC, Panama is not a continent; like North or South America, as we know it but however it is a small country situated in Central America.

Central America

Technically, it would be BOTH North and South America.

Panama is in Central America. It is a thin strip of land between North and South America.

The northern half is connected to North America, and the southern half is connected to South America..... with the Panama Canal in the middle.

Charlie
Panama is a transcontinental nation located in Central America. See article and map below.
