Panama or Miami? Why?

How ignorant was the second poster!? I live in Panama and though it's not my favorite place to be, it's better than Miami! Their skyline is exactly as ours, and if you don't want to waste a lot of money, go to Panama where we do use the American dollar and the currency is cheaper.

We're not dirty and poor, poverty only reigns in certain Comarcs of indians, but everywhere else is fine. Miami is only good for nightclubs, but that's it! Money is up the roof. Panama, I think, has better beaches such as in Bocas del Toro where the water is see through clean with dolphins everywhere unlike the restrained one's in the Miami sea aquarium.

We have good food, exploding real estate, and the capital (go to Paitilla) has many clubs, quality malls with brands (Tommy Hilfiger, Nike, Ralph Lauren, Zara...) and more.

Everywhere else you can enjoy clean beaches, rafting in the province of Chiriqui and hike on nature trails and view flowers in Boquete. You can also visit Spanish colonies in Portobelo (Colon) and we are more Caribbean than Central American.

The only animals you see roaming are dogs, coatimundis (silly, mschevous raccoons) and the occasional iguana that don't do anything that eat lettuce.

I think Panama is a better choice if you don't just want nightclubs. It's a good experience!

Panama is way much cheaper than miami, if you say the country of Panama. I live in Panama and it is totally false what the lady says about wild animals. I dont know where did she go, maybe she went to the amazonas.
In Panama there is a big booming in the constructions of big malls and towers, also we are working very hard in the turism and i recommend you to visit the site www.ipat.gob.pa

Miami, also is the best and it is far away better, because of the nightclubs and things to do, but Panama is also very good.

Miami!
It's in Florida, which has a Latin American climate and lifestyle, but it's in the United States, which gives you more rights and abilities and less crime.
Panama is dirty and full of poverty, the only benefit I can think of that Panama has is that their currency is so low that it would be much cheaper.

Miami, My aunt went to panama for her wedding and when they came back they said it was terrible, everything's dried out and deserty, where as miami isn't as bad

Miami all the way, are you kidding me? Miami is way much better, and way more beautiful. Panama is full of wild animals every where you go. I'm scared to go over there, I just might get bitten by a wild snake or any other animal that could just crawl inside the hotel, house, apt. Oh no, Miami will do just fine.
