Peru is a very rich country and to help you with concise information, I found a link to the Pacto Andino (Andean Pact) of which Peru with other Andean countries is a member. There you will see information organized with subtitles, from demographics, to production, financial data and economics of the country. All this information is official and up to date. All is in Spanish, so you will have lots of practice!

Good Luck!

Have you tried looking up in Google? I just did and found thousands of web sites (in English) about Peru's local production and industry. I cannot see how a teacher can give you a report to do without any bibliography or help.

You can find most of the information about Peru's industry in the govenment sites:
www.peru.gob.pe
Ministerio de la produccion:
www.produce.gob.pe/
Ministerio de energia y minas:
www.minem.gob.pe/
All the information is in Spanish so that would be a good exercise for you. :)

Peru is rich in minerals. but there is no real industry or manufacturing in Peru. Fish meal, Inca cola, and Pisco is about it for major industries
