Shopping what???? Cuba is an extremely poor country, the people dont have supermarkets and such. What would you buy? A couple of souvenirs like maracas or maybe some rum??? Maybe as a tourist you will be able to find one or two souvenirs (poorly made) but if you are a cuban, there is absolutely NO shopping there, the government gives you a small portion of food a day, and that's all you'll get in your "libreta de racionamiento".
