Should I visit brazil?

What can I do there? How is the night life? Which city is the best to visit?

Mrs. Obama rules!
Definetly!!! Been there 3 times now and it is really a beautiful country, great people, great food, great scenary, etc. However, I recommend you post again this question in the Brazil section of Travel (they have a different section, not here in latin America) as more brazilians will be able to help you. When I went there, I visited Rio, Sao Paulo, Bahia, Recife, Angra, Buzios and I had a great time everytime and never suffered the consequences of crime. Yes, they do have a slightly high crime rate but so does NY, Miami, LA, etc. Brazil is not more dangerous than any other country in the world. I got mugged in Mexico city and LA but never in Rio so its just a matter of taking your precautions. About nightlife, I went to a couple of bars and discos in Rio and Sao Paulo, they were very nice, very modern, top quality. But I guess a real braziliab should be able to help you more, my info comes from my 3 trips and the Fodors guide!

Depends on what part of Brasil you want to visit & what your interests are. There is some great eco-tourism to be had there. The big cities are the place to go for the nightlife, the Northeast has the best beaches, the South has the Gaucho's & Foz de Iguacu.

Sure!
You can do lots of things. Brazil is such a big country and each area has something unique.
Night life in Sao Paulo is something else.
I'd say Sao Paulo is the best city to visit as it comprises a bit of everything Brazil has to offer.
Big cities like Rio de Janeiro and Brasilia are also a must.
But, of course, there are other smaller towns with a different kind of charm.
Brazil is as big as it is fascinating.

Brazil is a "continent" of beaches, forests and beautiful cities. You should go to Brasilia, Florianopolis and Fortaleza.
