The border of Uruguay and Argentina is closed?

They know that few "ecologists" have closed the passages from a country to the other, because Botnia is going to install a pastera in Uruguay, with technology superior to the obsolete ones that there is in Argentina.
They say that it is by the contamination, but do not see that those that are in Argentina, they are in deplorable conditions of contamination, that Paraguay has gone to the Court of La Haya.
Uruguay already went to the Court of La Haya. It is waiting for the determination.
thanks to answer.

No, one bridge between Gualeyguaychu and Fray Bentos is blockaded by unemployed leftists. They are not interested in industry moving to more business friendly Uruguay and shutting down the older Argentine paper mills. They claim that they are ecologically based, but they really aren't. They are simply anti-business, anti-non-Argentin progression or simply complainers.
