Your best bet may be to purchase a roundtrip from Buffalo to Miami, and a roundtrip from Miami to Bogota separately. Just make sure you give yourself time between flights. This will be the busy season for Colombia, and you will have a long flight. If you look for tickets now, you're looking at $1250 to $1300 for these tickets. Have fun in Colombia, I hope to visit there next year. |

Where in Colombia? I travel to Cartegenga or Barranquilla. Best bet out of Buffalo is to search for a cheap flt to Miami. You can also fly into Ft Lauderdale or West Palm and take a shuttle. Out of Miami it will cost you about $700- $800 round trip on Avianca. Cheaper flts are available after the holidays. I use kayak.com |

Well - it may not be helpful but Sunquest does charters to San Andres it the winter time from T.O. That would likely be the cheapest but then the dates won't be very flexible and it's not mainland Colombia.

I just bought a ticket from american airlines, and I paid $711 from Wash DC. I'm sure it is cheaper from Miami. I suggest you try a website like Orbitz or Travelocity, and then check with the airline as well. |
