When i Hear Peru, i think of the trip i took there with all of my best friends. I also think of Llamas and Alpacas!!!

I've been there, my parents are peruvian and cuzco is an incredible place, you must go someday!

be careful in lima.. its a big city

peru is great.. the people , cusco, sacred valley etc
we love it.. spent 2 weeks doing earthquake relief in pisco area.. fantastic!!

not worst than any other country in the world

many many many good things

yes if you are interested in culture and also in country landscape, is the most diversified country in the world as has all climates but the poles and all natural geography types from desert to Jungle through very high mountains (near 7000 m hight)

1. Yes. I lived there for 2 years. They have been, by far, the best years of my life so far.

2. Pickpockets can be bad in some of the larger cities. Cleanliness isn't a priority among most Peruvians.

3. The food is excellent! The sites are breath-taking. The culture is exciting.

4. Peru has more of a friendly atmosphere. It is cheaper to live and travel in Peru.

I immediately think of llamas and Machu Picchu.
