I recommend that you tip them only at the very end of your stay. This way they will be every happy to receive it and also they (the employees) will want you to have a safe trip so that you can return back to their hotel.

Do not tip the hotel staff daily. You are better off tiping them at the final night of your stay and you give only to those who do merit it the tip that you are going to leave behind.
Although, in the restaurant, the tip is included in your bill if you feel that the waiter or waitress has attended to you properly and has delivered the food on time as he/she mentioned, then you can an extra amount that you can charge to your hotel bill.
