I, personally, like the Decameron hotels and resorts. They are all inclusive and arent all that expensive. If you go to San Andres the Mar Azul is far and away the best. Avoid the Sunrise hotel there like the plauge. Its state owned and the service sucks. The Cartagena and Leticia Decamerons arent bad either. |
