Traveling to Peru from America. Visa needed?

I am an American citizen traveling to Peru this summer. Will I need to get a visa before going? or just my passport

You do not need a visa to enter Peru. You need a valid passport with at least 6 months remaining valid after your planned return date.

You just need a passport, cash, credit cards and a big luggage so you can take anything you want from there
