Valid Peruvian Address???

Do these addresses seem to be correct? If I wanted to mail a letter is this all the information I would need? I don't think that you need to address mail the same way we do here in the U.S.

I have two Peruvian addresses that I am not sure if I have all the info on.
This is the first one:
Av Lima Norte 483
Moyopaw Chosica

And the second:
Catalina Huanca
110 San Isidro
Lima Peru

The second one seems OK. There is a street called Catalina Huanca in the San Isidro district. Yo should write it as:
Catalina Huanca 110
San Isidro
Lima 27
PERU

The 27 after Lima represents the San Isidro district. It's best to have the number there as it will speed up your delivery.

The first one I'm not sure about. The "w" letter is not common in Spanish or in Peru, and I can't find or remember any "Moyopaw" in Chosica. I also, can't find a Lima Norte Avenue in Chosica, so chances are that it is a wrong answer.

Hello, the addresses you have seem to be okay. I will give you a format of how the addresses usually goes. When I used to live in Peru it was:

Los Rosales # 141
San Isidro, Lima Peru

Another format could be,,
Luis Miroquesa # 1111
Maranga San Miguel, Lima Peru.

This is link to a map of the streets in Lima and other main cities in Peru..it can be of help.

Yep, they're valid. Usually you're supposed to have a post code, but no one usually uses them and things still arrive. Sometime people will just put the company and it still arrives.

Regarding your first address, write it down as follows:

Mr. John Doe
Av. Lima Norte 483
Moyopampa, Lima-15
Peru

Peruvian Post Office has a zip code for all the districts of Lima, Chosica for example is Lima-15. Every peruvian knows the district name of Chosica (but it's new name is Lurigancho and the zip code is Lima-15)

For the second addres, write as follows:

Mrs. Jean Doe
Catalina Huanca 110
Lima-27, Peru

It's as simple as that! :)
