Among the larger lines are: James, Tillett's, Belize Buses (a driver's co-op) and Gilharry. There are also shuttle vans which operate providing direct service between towns for a higher price. There are also two Guatemala-based bus lines, Linea Dorada and San Juan which have service from Chetumal, Mexico, to Flores, Guatemala, via Belize City. Hope this helps.
