There are a ton of airlines that fly into Caracas. However one thing to consider is what time your flight arrives. The highway that connects the Airport to Caracas is closed because one of the bridges along this route is about to fall into the canyon. All traffic is being rerouted through some rather less than safe areas. While the previous route took 15-25 minutes the detour around the bridge can take up to 4 hours to get around when the traffic is bad. If your flight arrives after 4pm. Forget even trying to get to the city, you'd have to go through some very dangerous areas after dark. Better off trying to get a flight that lands in the morning. I flew American Airlines from San Juan, Puerto Rico. I got in at 2:00pm and got into Caracas during daylight.
