As some other says, there are good chances to get a job in Call Centers for accounts like Dell, Fedex, Sykes, etc. My brother works in one of the and he told me there is some people who works there after been deported. Companies prefer to contract native english spoken peoplen rather than people who learned english in the school. This is because in the Call Center, the operators have to speak with american customers the whole day, and there are a lot of expresions used by those customers wich can be undestood only by people who has lived in the USA (slang for example).
So as you speak english an spanish very well, there are lot of chances to get a work here in case you come back.
Dell is a good choice (check the link below), but it´s ot the only one, there is Sykes, Teleperformance (Fedex), and some others...
And regarding your highschool diploma, it is enough to get a job here, and if you deside to study here, it work in the USA, some friends of me are now working in the USA, and the companies have accepted their studies from El Salvador. For them the most important is the experience.
Good Luck |

If you speak both English and Spanish there are many job opportunities. After CAFTA many large 'Multi-national' coorporations are moving to El Salvador to skrew over the people. I know Dell is currently trying to hire around 2,000 bilingual people to work in customer service and I am sure there are many more companies will be doing the same soon. Also take a look at TACA, the airline. They love to hire bilingual people as they are trying to expand their services here in the US.
