If you travel to places like Antioquia, Caldas, Risaralda or Quindio (these are some states) they have a dish called "bandeja Paisa" which consist in beans, rice, steak, eggs, fried pork skin, fried plantain, french fries. It's an excellent dish. Know if you move to other places like Santa Marta, Cartagena, Barranquilla, they eat fish, since they live in the coast. So it all depends on the region. |

like the guy said, it depends on the region. In southern Colombia, you can count on lots of beef, rice and potatos. |
