The U.S. border.

Of course Machu Picchu!! Machu Picchu is in the city of Cusco known as the Archaeological Capital of South America. Nowadays Machu Picchu is considered as one of the seven wonders of the modern world.
You can go to Machu Picchu by train or you can take the Inka Trail, which takes 4 days. The scenery is amazing!

I can also mention the Nazca Lines, which can only be seen from the air! They are figures made on the desert of Nazca and Palpa (you can find a monkey, spider, tree, shark, humming bird, hands, even an astronaut drawed in the desert!). It is beleived to be an ancient and huge calendar, but it is only a theory because no one has ever found any inscription describing the lines.

The Titicaca Lake, which is the highest navigable lake in the world. You can also find in this lake the Island of the Uros, which are the only floating islands of the world. These islands are made of reed, and people live and work on there.

I would also add the Waterfalls of Iguazu in Northern Argentina. They are the widest falls in the world, and are truly amazing. The glaciers at the southern tip of both Argentina and Chile are incredible as well. There is always the amazon, which is in a host of different countries and offers all kinds of fun activities.

Natural?
The Andes mountains (w/ Mt. Aconcagua), Atacama Desert, Pampas, Amazon river and all sorts of related rivers, Oceans, etc.
Or did you mean tourist landmarks?
