As everyone else has said, the land is striking and the wildlife is diverse. The people were friendly and most everybody knows English since it is now taught as a second language. The government is very stable and democratically elected, unlike many Latin countries, and the people seem happier and better off economically than elsewere in the region. I enjoyed the food anywhere I ate (great coffee, great pineapple, great freshwater shrimp) and the water is very safe to drink. I also believe that the country has free universal healthcare for everyone.

Experiencing new life. Exploring other cultures, gain more self knowledge, it will be less expensive than the states, learn a second language, and why not move to another country?
