Just because Spanish is the official language there, it does not mean they belong to Spain. If that were so, then United States would be English.

Why don't you take the trouble to open an atlas or to look in Wikipedia instead of have somebody else doing the work for you. And by the way: it is Spanish speaking countries, not Spanish countries. Simon Bolivar liberated us long ago.
If you do not know who Simon Bolivar was ask around in Q&A and somebody will no doubt oblige.
