I dont know, but I would think other central american countries probably don't require one. If you want to go to a certain country, look up the embassy in Nicaragua and look at their visa requirements.

Most of the other Latin American countries will honor the Nicaraguan passport. Call the Nigaraua Embassy in the U.S. or in Nicaragua to find the out for sure. The numbers are listed on Yahoo and Goggle web sites.
