Well, it depends on what you mean by "Latin accent", as there are many languages with Latin roots.
Of those languages, I find Castillian to be the loudest and therefore the most annoying. This is especially true when it's the bastardized versions utilized outside of Spain. Mexican Spanish, for example, is just awful (like really low-brow/yelled out, needlessly sped up, and always mispronounced without the proper lisping).
Italian, Catalan, and Portugese is fine.
French is beautiful.

It really depends. I think they can be sexy when women have them. But it depends from where. I agree with the other posters that in some countries the accent comes across loud and annoying. On the other hand, I've heard Colombians and Argentinians speak and I find their accents much smoother and sophisticated sounding. Even within certain countries, the accents differ. In Colombia, the Paisas (people from Medellin) have more of a sing-song type accent.
