I've been there.
I like the people! Everyone smiles all the time in CR. People are friendly and helpful. They laugh a lot. It always makes my trip so much more peaceful.
I also like the way things are so much slower. Of course I'm there on vacation, but the atmosphere almost forces me to slow down and smell the flowers. Everything is beautiful and natural and relaxed.
Oh, and the zip lining! I love love love the zip lining!!!

I liked seeing the volcanoes, and the mountains. It is a very pretty country. Lots of animals there too. Ticos ( Costa Ricans) are friendly. It has allot of different geography for a country that small. |

There are too many reasons to list but many enjoy the weather, the people the kick back attitude, the lower cost of living, the green mountains and the nature, the great views, the many things to do .
