Not sure if this will be a fair answer, as i am venezuelan and think this is the best country ever! Some answers to your Qs:
Is the people nice in Venezuela? ====> hell yeahhhh... we are the nicest people ever lol... seriusly as in the rest of southamerica, you´ll find venezuelans caring, fun, sometimes crazy, always willing to help people...
How do Venezuelans look like? =====> One of the things i like the most about venezuela is that we are a multi colour people =) so you get anything from white to black, the average venezuelan being dark tan i´d say... It depends on whenre in venezuela you go, as you find really white people near the andes, really baclk people in the coast, brown people everywhere... We are the result of a fantastic mix of indian, europena and black, so we are proud of it
I read is a good place for vacation, do you think the same? =======> depending on what you are looking for, venezuela can be fantastic vacacion destiny... Altough the beach is the main thing here, since we have over 1000 km of coastline and many islands, you can also find the jungle and the mountain... it is a big country, with amazing biodivertsity

We are just like other country, except USA because we elect our president (one people is one vote je je je). I think we are no much different from other country from SouthAmerica, there are good people and other bad.
