I loved it. If you are traveling on a budget and you need a place to stay in Buenos Aires check out Casa Amarilla in Palermo Viejo. It's so close to everything and Do use the subway train (subte). It's a smart way to get around town and meet people. Do not miss La Boca + the cemetery in Recoleta. Buses are everywhere and very easy to use. ATMs are everywhere. Be careful with your belongings, but nothing to worry about really. I would buy telcom(?) phone cards and would avoid using telephones at the Interlocutor. If you are calling abroad it might cost you a bit more than you think. |

I didn't know much about Argentina.
So, the first time I was there, I was in shock!
Buenos Airesis fantastic, like a mix of New york and PAris, cosmopolitan with a European flair, very affordable, beautiful people and so many interesting places to visit!
And the country is huge, from Rain forest to Glaciers, all in one country! Bartiloche was amazing, breathtaking, the snow mountains, lakes, it's like Austria or Switzerland.
I wish I had more time to visit more places. I want to go back. I'll never get tired of visiting one of the most beautiful places in the world! |

Hi! I'm from Argentina. I can say you that Argentina is a beautiful country with a lot of things to do. Started from Buenos Aires (the capital of Argentina), is a big city with many culture attractions. Then you have in Misiones, "Las catarata del Iguazu" (The Iguazu's falls), they are so big. In the south of the country you can find "El glaciar Perito Moreno" (Perito Moreno's glaciar), is so beautiful. You have also beaches and a lot of things to do. Visit Argentina! |

Wow what a question he he...I could go on forever with this. I LOVE Argentina. Not even just Buenos Aires. I studied and lived in Buenos Aires for 4.5 months and loved every minute of it. It is easy to get around and the nightlife is incredible. I also visited Salta, Iguazu Falls and La Boca. When you are there you have to try mate and some things that are also amazing are; ducle de leche, facturas, alfajores, subarinos, the shopping, you can stay out til 5am or even 7am in some areas of the capital, the culture, the language...so many things I am probably leaving out but it's just awesome. You can travel by bus, train, subway, taxi and remis(cheaper taxi + usually safer). E-mail me if you want any other info.

Although I am more interested in Asian travel, if I went to Latin America, Argentina would definitely be a nation I would consider visiting, along with Brazil and Peru. |
