What is the average cost of beach property on the Guanacaste coast in Costa Rica?
I'm interested in buying a house near the beach in guanacaste and i know the cost has been on the rise because of the beautiful beaches and its close to the airport
one word... ALOT...oh no wait, that's two words! lol Guancaste is definitely the most expensive coastal real estate area in the country, and living there will not come cheap. Be prepared to pay upwards of $500 sq meter for most property near the beach or with a great view. You can get a pretty good idea online... I truly doubt you'll find something for less than $150,000...but you never know...you could get lucky!
