definitely Jaco, Flamingo is small but has a good place. Puerto Limon is also a great place but a very different ambiente as it is on the Caribbean side.

It really depends how much money do you have and how old are you. Jaco is a "young" beach, cheap and really accesible for everyone. The most expensive beaches are located at Guanacaste, everything is more expensive there ... even women.
