I depend is the meening of best for you if you want to see ruins go to Peru, besides that you re going to find the Nazca Lines.. Paracas reserve where you can see exotic birds and penguins.. and the Candelabro.. if you like night life and have fun go to Buenos Aires, I have been in Peru and believe me its the best experience in traveling. |
