I think USPS would be the cheapest. Find out if the person has a P.O. Box in Miami. This is a common practice among Costa Ricans. That way you would pay S&H to Miami and not to Costa Rica.

USPS does international shipping. Otherwise, you will have to go with FedEX, DHL or UPS and pay their rates.
