Sopa de Mondongo has got to be the worst. It is popular here in Nicaragua, people claim it heals, its a superstition. I have seen in here, in Panama, in Venezuela and Ecuador but it doesn't matter the different way they are prepared, the soup and its ingredients are just repulsive. |

Cow‘s tongue. I eat it and like it, but I guess some people can find it gross.
I agree on mondongo and pesada de nance, too. Good food, but smell very bad when cooking. |

OK, I got a good one . . . . . Fried fish-heads sold on street corners by people who picked-up the fish-heads out of the garbage dumpsters of processing places on the Caribbean in Colon .
We bought em anyway just to give the poor old woman some money . |
