A simple question deserves a simple answer. Buenos Aires is the most beutiful South American city of those you mentioned. However, please, remember the old saying, "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder!" Each city has is attractions and each has special meaning to those beholding them. So, for one, it might be Lima while for another it might be Santiago. For me, it is Buenos Aires. Hope this proved some help for you.

Buenos Aires.
Americans and Europeans love it because they feel more at home than in other places. The architecture is very European, food and people too.
Many cultural options, theatres, museums, galleries. A wide variety of shoppings and restaurants.
Probably the best nightlife in whole Latin America. Beautiful and friendly people.
Easy to move around, taxis, buses, subway or car.

All cities have something special. But, you can check in all tour guides, and they all say the same about Buenos Aires, the city is beautiful, like a piece of Paris in South America.

bogota is amazing!!! its really cool, if you go to monserrate you can see a view of the WHOLE CITY! that place is just amazing, downtown its very modern and...wow, fashion, nice clubs, restaurants, bars...amazing night life...you can also find other areas in bogota that have nice scenery if thats what you are looking for, i went there for 21 days last summer and i can't wait to go back...
next time im going for 6 months!!!

Buenos Aires by far.

Check any tour guide. They all say the same about BA, the city is unique. A mix of NY, Paris and Barcelona.

All of them are beautiful and all of them have something that makes them unique.
Argh! If I had to choose, I'd say Buenos Aires.
Still, I can't decide.

Buenos Aires is beautiful as well, but their culture it's not that fun, spicy, it's not latin american...
