Probably Cartagena. Since Romancing the Stone was filmed at Ft. San Felipe as was Romance in the time of Cholera. Also, parts of Clear and Present Danger were filmed in Bogota. Maria Full of Grace was also filmed in Bogota and NYC. From outside Colombia, probably Tranqulandia.. The drug cartels hideout of the 80s. From inside.. Could be San Felipe Fort, or Zipaquira the cathedral made of Salt. Ciudad perdida is not well known outside of Colombia and is under the watchful eye of Las Farc. If you go.. Take a helo from Santa Marta.. Youll be a lot safer.

My guess would be one of the following:

La Ciudad Perdida (the lost city) in the Sierra Nevada near Santa Marta. Its an old indian city that is supposed to be more extensive than Machu Pichu.

Cartagena - or more specifically the old walled city. It's a historical treasure and a UN world heritage site. A must if you go to just one place in Colombia.

El Museo de Oro - The gold museum in Bogota is world famous and definitely worth seeing if you're in Bogota for a visit.

Of those three, I'd have to say Cartagena is the most famous.
