Latin America has a rather loose definition. Since there is definitely a North america and a South America, then the land between can be termed Latin America. In that scenario, the southern most portion of Panama becomes the answer.
the fact that "Latins" inhabit South America is where some confusion creeps in. All the other answers seem to focus on the islands around Cape Horn, but I don't know if that is what you are asking. Talk about a desolate place on Earth with literally nothing going for it, Cape Horn is it, baby. Take my word for it, DON'T GO THERE !! Santa Claus doesn't stop off there either.

What exactly do you define as Latin America. From what I know, it could mean everything south of the US. Or it could mean everything south of the US and and parts of South America? I would tend to say it's probably the southern most point of Chile or Argentina.
