SO many things! If you are in the city, and would like a fun restaurant, try going to Sushi-Ito - great fun restaurant, also hit up one of the hotel bars after like Camino Real lots of times they have live bands and it's not in bad parts of town so you are safe.
Travel to the famous Antigua where you will blend in with backpackers from all over the world enjoying the amazing scenery, surrounded by volcanos. Go to the Monkey Bar.
A beautiful place to stay is Lions Inn or Panza Verde.
Visit Atitlan, home of some of the most famous volcanoes. There are plenty of bed/breakfasts there.
Also Tikal is about 5 hrs. from the city but it's worth it because it's home of the Aztec ruins, a must see!
