By law drugstores are supposed to ask for prescriptions always (including viagra). However, some of drugstores (small businesses) usually won't mind selling anything without a prescription.
Also remember that you can always find anything, anywhere for the right price. |

Not even joking answered your question and got a couple of thumbs down for his trouble. In most all of the Central and South American countries you can get medications of all descriptions without a prescription. If you want an itemized list it would be a hundred pages long. |

Probably just about anything, but you can get anything in North America too. It's called illegal drug trade.
I don't mean to preach at you and sound like a DARE officer, but I'd just like to point out that it's illegal to transport drugs (both illegal and regular medication) over borders in almost every situation. Have fun, but just be careful. If you get caught you'll be sorry. |

Vicodin is one of them and I think Viagra too. But you can get practically any kind of medication in Peru from any pharmacy. However, don't bring that stuff back to the US or you will have a BCP Officer asking you some very personal questions afterward. |
