Los Roques: laid back beaches, scuba diving.
Margarita Island: tacky package holidays.

1. Los Roques Archipielago (The best beaches ever).
2. Angel Falls (Canaima National Park), well La Gran Sabana, in general, is beautiful (www.lagransabana.com)
3.Margarita Island (for parties, shopping and nice beaches).
4. Los Andes (with a lot of small traditional towns and in Merida city, the longest cable car in the world all the way to Pico Espejo, the highest point in Venezuela).
5. Los Llanos, with the most beautiful sunsets you'll ever get to see...
there's probably more, but you can find more information here:

www.venezuelatuya.com (English and Spanish)
www.caminosdevenezuela.com (Spanish only)

Hope this helps.
