There wasn't really any vaccinations required when I went there to study abroad and visit my family. I would say def. your hepatitis shots just because those are smart to have anyways and an up to date tetnus shot just incase. I would say other than that you are probably fine to go as you are unless you are planning on living in a very poor/remote area of Argentina.
