it depends of the day for example on the weekend vary between the people who like to get up early and the people who get up in the afternoon, and the rest of the week normally is between 4 AM to 12 PM. restaurants in Panama offer Breakfast dish until the 12 PM after the 12 PM start the Lunch.

usually until 12PM, but there are some places that give you breakfast the 24 hours of the day.

Depends ...on weekdays ...people who commutes to work or drop kids in school ...they have breakfast very early...in places like hotel restaurants, eateries, MacDonald's...they usually serve breakfast to about 10 or 11 a.m.
Panamanians don't eat much sweet for breakfast like donnuts, pastries etc. They eat salty things like Tortillas, Empanadas,meats ...cereals, fruits ...
Weekends they eat brunch until mid-afternoon.
