You can visit Lima's main square (plaza de Armas) where you'll be able to see the Persident's house and the Cathedral.
You should visit some museums too. Museo de la Nacion (biggest museum), Museo de Oro(just Incan gold exhibits), Museo de la Santa Inquisicion (the old Spanish inquisition), Huaca Pucllana (an incan temple in the middle of Lima), Museo Nacional de Antropologia (tons of Incan stuff).
March is a great time to go to the beach too
I would really advise looking for some sort of tour to make sure you visit as many places as possible when you get there. |
