While your question does not make sense as it is translated into English. I understand what you are asking.

Venezuela is going to once again be under the control of a dictator. Why any one man thinks he knows what is good for all people is hard to understand. I think he really wants to be like fidel castro. I don't understand the people there, but people get what people want. Even when the results aren't what they really want. But it is there choice and they will live by it. The only reason Chavez enjoys his control is because of the oil prices. Not because he is smart or anything. It just goes to show you people have a price. Usually it is a whole lot of talk.

Bolivia is different. For many many years the indigenous peoples have always been at the bottom by design. So along comes someone who is willing to change the system. Usually when people change the system it harms the business climate. I understand this. Most Latin American countries are run as they were run when Spain ruled the waves. Nothing has changed. So after some time without a growing middle class, people get upset and demand change.

Equador. I am not so sure about since I haven't read or seen much about it lately in the news.

All in all, without a growing middle class within the segmented economy you will end up with the rich and the poor and nothing in the middle. This only leads to disastor for all. The rich become poor, the poor stay poor and the new ruling class get all.

If you are unsure this is true, take a look around you at any Latin American country. Read their history. They like any political ruling class in any nation want three things. Money, Power, Control. Anything less is an insult to their intelligence, or so they think.
