Whats the cheapest country to live in? in central america?
All of them are can be cheap, depending on how/where you want to live.
The nicer the house, the more expensive. If you want land, if you want to live on the beach or in the rain forest, or in a big city, the prices will change.
Nicaragua is the poorest country in the western hemisphere, so I guess you could say it's cheap to live there.

True, all can be cheap depending on what lifestyle you want, but I'd say the US $$ goes further in Honduras, Guatamala or Nicaragua.
Chile is not in Central America.
