When are mealtimes in Central America?

When are mealtimes (lunch and dinner) in the following countries?

Panama
Costa Rica
Nicaragua
Honduras
El Salvador
Guatemala

I'm planning a business trip and i don't want to ask people for appointments in the middle of their usual lunch time.
I just got back from a business trip to Mexico, and they didn't eat until closer to 2pm.

Breakfast in El Salv. around 6-9 am, lunch 12pm-2pm and dinner 5-7pm. It's almost at the same time as the US or the rest of Central America

Breakfast in lunch is 6-8am...lunch is 12-2......dinner varies most of time..I ate around 6 -8 and it was lighter than lunch.

It will also depend on the type of business and area of the countries you're in. Call and ask the secretaries or HR depts. and ask them what time is the company lunch hours.

I got to be honest in my country (Colombia) we do not really have set me times we just eat when we get hungry, between 12 and 2 there is not really any set deadline.

In Honduras it is from around 11:00AM to 1:00PM for lunch and around 5:00PM to 7:00PM for dinner.

In Guatemala it's about the same as the US. Breakfast is 6-8am, lunch around noon, and dinner around 5-7pm.
