When do people in peru eat thier meals?
I need help I need to find this out really bad Additional Details like do they have an eaxtra meal
I just spent a year in Peru. In restaurants, breakfast (desayuno) 7-9 am, lunch (almuerzo) 12-2pm [most break for lunch at 1pm], dinner (la cena) 7-10pm.
At home the almuerzos can be anywhere from 12 to 5 pm and cenas can be as late as 11pm

Most Peruvians have their meals at the following hours:
Breakfast: Between 6 to 7 a.m.
Lunch: Between 12 and 1 p.m.
Dinner: Between 6 and 7 p.m.

They eat their three square meals at the times that was provided by the guy above me.

They have mealtimes just like us, but their lunch is THE BIG MEAL, like our dinner. Their dinner is lighter, like our lunch. They are just reversed.

Breakfast: 6AM-8AM
Lunch: 12M-2PM
-----I'd like to say that most Peruvians have a small meal between lunch and dinner. They call it "Lonche" It mostly consists of tea or coffee with cookies or a small sandwich. A lot of older people eat like this, but most of the younger people just have 3 meals a day.-------
Lonche: 4PM-5PM
Dinner: 6PM-8PM
