My Miraflores apartment is already rented (full furnished) it is well located and it consist of three 15 floor buildings with some facilities like a Gym, Sauna, swimming pool, Fronton Court, snack bar and reunion saloons (one outdoors, one indoors). My 56 square meter apartment has 1 room, 1 bathroom, 1 living-dinning room and a kitchenet and I rent it for US $ 300/month (the use of facilities is cheap but charged seperatly).
I called them to ask for an E-mail you can contact, but I don't think they understand English so write them in spanish to :
administracion.inrepco@gmail.com
My wife teaches at an Italian school and every year many teachers come from Italy for 2-5 years. They are saying that its not easy to find a place at this moment (there's a lot of requiring going on) so I'm going to give you a web page where you can also look.

You can also check out "El Comercio" as MSDC suggest. But I strongly recomend in the Miraflores District for many reasons: You don't need a car inside Miraflores everything is nearby, there's a lot of places to go and is the N° 1 tourist destination inside Lima, it has the most beautifull Mall in town with a view of the coast, you can do Paragliding or even take Surfing lessons with no risk, you can bump into many english speaking tourists, there's the best indian craft market in town, it's safe and well guarded by police, etc, etc.
Good luck! |
